Global Missions

Central is well-known as a missions-focussed church. Missions is the sending out of specially-equipped disciple makers who cross barriers of distance, culture and language in order to establish and strengthen the church in places beyond the normal sphere of influence of our members.

As part of Central’s strategic direction to be actively involved in our community and the world, we support national and international missions and missionaries. Short-term missions are designed to prepare members for long-term missions. Priorities for long-term missions include members from our church, those going with FEBInternational and those ministering to the least-reached people groups.

Least-reached People Focussed Missionaries

Not all missionaries have been included due to the sensitive environment in which they minister.

	Tohru & Claire Inoue - Sudan claire.inoue@gmail.com They serve in Southern Sudan with SIM International as part of the admin team working in administration/logistics and personnel, giving experienced leadership to SIM's growing international team of missionaries in Sudan.
	Scott & Kyoko Nelson - Japan Rebecca & Marcy sknelson@teamjapan.org This family lives in Tokyo and serves with TEAM of Canada in a church planting ministry. Rebecca & Marcy attend an international Christian school.
	Paul & Cyndi Richardson - Indonesia Katie, Stephen & Josiah richardson@emailearth.net Serving with Pioneers and seconded to Mustard Seed International, this family are involved in education projects in Indonesia.
