  9:15 am and arriving when we get up over the Malahat.\nWHERE: the Kinsol
  Trestle Park and Trails in the Cowichan Valley.\nCARPOOLING: from the Co
 mmonwealth Rec. Centre back parking area\, to leave by 9:15 am. Please e
 mail if you plan to carpool!\nLUNCH and COFFEE: Pack a bag lunch to enjoy 
 an outdoor lunch together.\nWe will stop somewhere for group coffee as wel
 l. Keep your eye on the weather as we may need to bring along rain gear.\
