Join us this week to walk off some of our Canada Day celebration calories!

WHEN: Tuesday, July 8 at 9:30 am

WHERE: Park and meet at Millstream Mall near the Market entrance. We will walk the Millstream Creek Trail and area.

CARPOOLING: from Commonwealth Rec. Centre (back parking lot area) To leave by 9:05 am

COFFEE: plan for group coffee after the walk.
