Ladies,

May continues to bless us with warmer that seasonally average temps. So get out, stretch your legs, work your heart and lungs and have fun!

WHEN: Tuesday, May 12 at  9:30 am

WHERE: Park and meet at Playfair Park off Quadra St via Rock St.

We will walk the Park and area.

CARPOOLING: from Commonwealth Rec. Centre back parking lot area to leave by 9:20 am

COFFEE: plan  for group coffee after the walk.
